<p>The big CRT TVs are electricity hogs, not eco friendly at all but thanks to advancement in technology we have LCD TVs which consume less electricity. <p>Another bane to the environment. Mobile phones are a pain to recycle especially te batteries. However, there are a few models that tickle a tree huggers&#8217; fancy. Some mobile phones now have solar powered batteries and some are evenade from recycled materials.</p>
<p><strong>Washing Machines</strong></p>
<p>Looking for an eco-friendly washing machine? The feature that you should be looking for is that the washer should be able to do the job quickly to save on energy as well as use just the right amount of water. Luckily, because of advancements in technology, there are washers that can do that as well.</p>
<p>There are a lot of consumer electronics that cater to the environmentally conscious. Companies are now doing their share in the environment. So whichever consumer electronics you use there will always be a model that&#8217;s eco friendly, you just have to know which features to look for.</p>

Thanks to Samsung and Sprint, I think we now have the most earth friendly mobile phone in the form of the Samsung Reclaim. The Samsung Reclaim is made up of 80% recycled materials which are PVC and BFR free. The packaging is also made up of 70% recycled materials and soy-based ink is used in printing the packaging.</p>
<p>The tip of the organic icing? $2 of the profit will go to the Nature Conservancy&#8217;s Adopt an Acre Program. The Samsung Reclaim is also a beautiful piece of mobile phon with a slider mechanism and QWERTY keyboard, 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth with A2DP, microSD slot, and come with Sprint navigation.</p>
<p>The Samsung Reclaim is another green gadget you can add to your earth-friendly gadgets.</p>
